In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. Each Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed. Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months.
