Five hand-tossed cheese pies done the Brooklyn way: vine-ripened California tomatoes under Wisconsin whole-milk mozzarella, crispy at the edges and chewy in the middle. Sometimes the classic is all you need. Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny, and Lorenzo Scavio opened Paesan’s in Albany in 1994, and the family runs all five Capital District locations today. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Paesan’s Pizza ships Tuesday & Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Pizza ships frozen with ice packs
- Ice packs may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer
- Pizzas may be kept frozen for up to 6 months
To Serve
Pizza
- Preheat oven to 450
- Place the frozen pizza in the oven on the bottom rack
- Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add 1-2 minutes for extra crispy
Strombolis – Add On
- Allow strombolis to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Wrap strombolis in foil and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melting on the inside.
- Serve and enjoy!
