In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.

Each Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed. Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months.
