The pastrami is cured from recipes that date back more than 90 years, to Grandpa Hugo’s kosher meat factory in the Bronx. His grandson Wally opened Lido on Long Island in the 1980s, and the fourth generation runs it today. The classic New York pastrami sandwich, built at home.

• Lido Kosher Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, place meat, pickles, mustard, and Russian dressing in the refrigerator, and keep rye bread at room temperature.
• Meats, pickles, mustard, and Russian dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
• Meats and rye bread will last frozen up to one month

To Serve

Warm the Meat

• Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
• Place a thin layer of aluminum foil over meat in an oven safe dish for 8-10 minutes, or until warm.
  Alternatively, meat can be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds using a microwave-safe plate or dish.
