House-cured sliced tongue by the pound, tender and old-school, a deli-counter delicacy that speaks for itself. It’s the kind of traditional cut Lido has never stopped making. The Goetz family cures it from recipes that go back four generations, to Grandpa Hugo’s Bronx meat factory more than 90 years ago. For the deli purist who knows exactly what they’re after.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Lido Kosher Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Tongue ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
- Upon arrival, store tongue in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Tongue lasts up to 3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
- Tongue can be served old or reheated if desired.
To Serve
- Place tongue on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 20-30 seconds, or until warm.
- Serve and enjoy!
