Description
For fifty years, Sergio’s in Miami has built its reputation on one sandwich – the Cuban. Layers of slow-roasted pork leg, sweet bolo ham, melted Swiss, yellow mustard, and pickles are pressed inside fresh Cuban bread until the crust crackles and the cheese pulls. This is the sandwich that could summon a whole community, still made the way the family’s grandmother did it – low, slow, and true to the original.

- Each sandwich measures approx. 8″ and contains

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Sergios Cuban American Kitchen ships Tuesday through Thursday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- If items arrive partially thawed but are still cool to the touch, that’s normal for frozen shipping; simply freeze or refrigerate right away.
- Upon arrival, place all items in the freezer until ready to prepare.
- For best quality and safety, keep frozen for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Refer to heating and thawing instructions included in box for each item.
- Open bread and layer 4 oz. ham, 2 oz. Swiss cheese, and 2 oz .pork.
- Place sandwich in a panini press and brush the top with butter.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Then re-open sandwich, add 3 pickles and mustard.
- Place back into the panini press then close and press for 30 seconds.
- Carefully remove sandwich from the press, cut diagonally, and serve.
