Laurent Tourondel is one of America’s most renowned chefs, and at Sag Pizza he’s bringing more than 40 years of fine dining experience to picture-perfect Neapolitan-style pizzas. Sag Pizza opened to much fanfare in the heart of the Hamptons’ Sag Harbor Village in 2018, and it’s since become a must-visit for some of the best pizza on Long Island. Tourondel spent years working on perfecting his pizza dough, which bakes up chewy, slightly crunchy on the bottom, and bubbly with little bits of flavorful char from the wood-burning oven. And he’s put the same amount of care into the toppings, which include rich San Marzano tomato sauce, real mozzarella and caciocavallo cheeses, and housemade pork sausage.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Sag Pizza ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizza ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
• Store pizza in the freezer for up to 2 months or in the refrigerator for 2 days

To Serve

• Preheat oven to 375
• Remove pizza from plastic wrap
• Place pizza in oven on cooking sheet or pizza stone
• Cook pizza for 13 minutes
• Enjoy!
