INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

Rolls, Pies and Butteries

• Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit. Do not remove dry with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
• For best results, items should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before baking.

Shortbread

• Shortbreads ship fresh with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
• Shortbread may be kept in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 14 days.
• Shortbread should not be frozen or refrigerated.

HP Sauce Glass Bottle

• Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
• Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
• Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).

Jams

• Jams arrive ready to enjoy!
• Store unopened jam in a cool, dark and dry place for 12-18 months.
• Refrigerate jam after opening and consume within 3-4 weeks.

Creams

• Creams arrive ready to enjoy.
• Unopened cream has a long shelf life, approximately 12 months from date of delivery.
• After opening, refrigerate and use within 5 days.
• Do not freeze.

To Serve
ROLLS + PIES

• From Refrigerator
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
  • Remove, serve & enjoy!
• From Frozen
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Cover items in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
