Provel Cheese Blocks from Imo’s Pizza are legendary 10 lbs. portions of the “Square Beyond Compare” that serve as the gold standard for authentic St. Louis-style pizza. These blocks represent over 50 years of tradition since Ed and Margie Imo opened their first pizzeria, offering the same famous cheese used for their trademark thin crust and square slicing style.

- Each block of cheese weighs approx. 5 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Imo’s Pizza ships on Tuesday & Wednesday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheese ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate during transit, product may thaw.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store cheese in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
- Cheese lasts up to 2 months in the refrigerator or up to 6 months in the freezer.
