This package serves 6-8 people and includes

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Melissa Cookston’s Memphis BBQ ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Meal kit ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or keep frozen for up to 3 months.

To Serve

• If frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before preparing.
• Bring a large pot of water to a boil, and reduce to simmer.
• Add the bag of grits, bring back to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
• Grits may be reheated in a stockpot, but water or stock will need to be added to maintain consistency.
• While grits are heating, add Delta BBQ Sauce to a large frying skillet and bring to a light boil.
• Add shrimp to the boiling BBQ sauce.
• Cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side, then remove from heat.
• To serve, add grits to a plate and place shrimp on top.
• Make sure to spoon some of the flavorful sauce on top for the best experience.
• Serve and enjoy!
