Maine Shore Dinner includes two lobster tails, one dozen mussels, eight shrimp, eight sea scallops, and two ears of corn drenched in herbed lemon butter sauce. Hancock Gourmet Lobster Co. has used family recipes for over 20 years to create this award-winning combination, which is packaged in a large foil bag to be thawed and then cooked on a grill or in an oven.

• Items ship fresh with ice packs and/or dry ice, may thaw during transit.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store items in the freezer.
• Items can be stored in the freezer for up to 9 months.

To Serve

Oven (From Frozen)

• Preheat oven to 450°F.
• Place the unopened foil pan on a baking sheet.
• Bake for 50-55 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the product is cooked thoroughly.
• Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before opening and serving.

Outdoor Grill

• Thaw in the refrigerator for 24 hours before cooking.
• Preheat grill to approximately 400°F.
• Place the foil pan on the center of the grill rack and close the lid.
• Grill for 35-40 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the product is cooked thoroughly.
• Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before opening and serving.

Helpful Tips

• To remove the meat from the lobster tails, we recommend cutting the bottom of the tail using boning shears or scissors.
• The sauce in the bottom of the foil is also outstanding-very rich and complex. Consider preparing some risotto or rice and drizzling the sauce over the top.
