Dungeness is the signature crab of the Pacific Northwest, and these two-pound clusters are harvested from the cold Pacific Coast waters that make the meat so sweet and full. Each cluster is packed with tender, flavorful crab, delivered frozen and ready to thaw, rinse, and crack. SeaBear has worked out of Anacortes, Washington since the Savidge family started the smokehouse in 1957, still sourcing wild-caught seafood in small batches. Perfect for a cozy crab dinner for two, a Pacific Northwest seafood night, or a treat that turns a weeknight into an occasion.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• SeaBear ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Crab ships frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
• Once thawed, keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Pack in ice and cover with a damp towel for best results. Replenish the ice as it melts and pour off excess water.

To Serve

• Thaw and rinse thoroughly before preparing.
• To Serve Chilled: No preparation is needed, simply serve and enjoy!
• To Warm: Steam, boil, or bake at 275°F for 5 to 7 minutes. Do not overheat.
• To Crack: Strike or snap the shell hard enough to crack without crushing the meat.
• Use the pointy crab “toes” to pick out meat.
• Optional: Serve with melted butter or toss with your favorite sauce.
• Eating crab can be messy, SeaBear Smokehouse recommends using finger bowls with warm tea and lemon slices and hot towels to clean sticky fingers.
