Joe’s Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes are a savory and satisfying start to any meal or as the main event! Hand-made with a succulent blend of Jumbo Lump and Lump Crab Meat combined with delicious fresh-from-market ingredients and accompanied with our house made green tomato remoulade sauce, then sent straight to your door the very next day. These tasty crab cakes will make your next party or tomorrow night’s meal a true special occasion.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Joe’s Stone Crab ships Monday-Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Hawaii shipping is limited based on carrier transit times. Please call 1-800-780-2722 to check availability to your location
- Overnight shipment for Saturday delivery will incur an additional charge of $20
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Items ship frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store crab cakes in the freezer for up to 1 months.
- Upon arrival, store sauce in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Once crab cakes are defrosted, store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
To Serve
- Thaw on countertop for approx. 3-4 hours or thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- On medium heat, heat enough oil to lightly cover the bottom of a sauté pan (about 2 tablespoons).
- Lightly brown the crab cakes on each side.
- Remove crab cakes and place on non-stick pan and cook in the oven for approx. 5-8 minutes.
- Serve with sauce and enjoy!
