The Elegant Farmer bakes what the Wall Street Journal, Food Network, Gourmet, and countless others have deemed the “best apple pie in America.” What started in 1946 as a small, family-run Wisconsin dairy farm from brothers Dave and Elmer Scheel has grown to a famous farm bringing small-town charm to all, particularly in the form of apple pies baked in a paper bag. It’s a mouthwatering pie bulging with juicy, sweet-tart apples with a light and flaky bottom crust and a charmingly rustic crunchy cracked top crust. More than 250,000 of the Wisconsin bakery’s brown bag apple pies are baked each year!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Pies ship Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping.
Pies ship frozen on dry ice. Store up to 90 days in the freezer.
Place “Pie in Bag” on a baking tray.
DO NOT let the bag touch the sides of the oven or the heating elements.
Frozen Pies: Bake for 50-60 minutes at 325 degrees
Thawed Pies: Bake for 8-10 minutes at 425 degrees
