INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Wally’s Wurst ships Tuesday through Wednesday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not handle dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 1 year.

To Serve

• If frozen, put sausages in the refrigerator overnight to thaw before preparing.

Grill

• Remove from packaging.
• Pre-heat grill to medium heat.
• Grill sausages for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes until evenly browned and the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
• Remove from the grill and let sausages rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Stovetop

• Remove from packaging.
• Heat a skillet over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil.
• Make sure the oil is hot before adding the sausages to help prevent sticking.
• Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
• Remove from the pan and let rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Tips

• Serve on a bun, alongside your favorite sides, or sliced for sharing.
• Add the cooked sausage to pasta or your favorite noodle dish for a protein packed punch of flavors!
