Description
Ackroyd’s Scottish Bakery has been hand-grinding traditional Scottish sausages in Redford, Michigan since brothers Al and Silas Ackroyd opened their Detroit butcher shop in 1949 – and the bangers have been a cornerstone of the menu ever since. This bundle pairs one pound of the house beef bangers with a pound of neeps and tatties and a loaf of handmade Irish soda bread: the full British-Isles supper kit from one of America’s only traditional Scottish bakeries, now in its third generation.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Neeps & Tatties
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
Bangers
- Meat ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
- Meat can be stored in the freezer for up to 90 days, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- When ready to enjoy, cook in an oiled pan until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Irish Soda Bread
- Soda Bread ships frozen with ice packs, which may thaw during transit.
- Soda Bread can be stored in the freezer for up to 60 days.
- Once thawed, consume within 3-4 days at room temperature or after toasting.
To Serve
Neeps & Tatties
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove cover and heat for approximately 30 minutes or until heated to your liking.
- Remove, serve & enjoy!
