Its blue veins speckle from a natural, crinkly brown crust. Great to pair this cheese with sherry, port and most robust reds. Stilton cheese is truly knows as the “King of all cheeses”
• Blue Castello – Has a brie-like texture, with the blue in fairly thick, horizontal lines. Enriched with cream, the aroma is of mushrooms and the taste is mildly spicy.

• Ideal Cheese Shop ships Monday-Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
