Two tins of the darkest chocolate Brooklyn makes: Brooklyn Blackout Company’s cookies – dense, crumb-textured, built on the flavor lineage of Ebinger’s WWII-era Blackout Cake – alongside the fudge-dense brownies that carry the same post-oak-black crumb personality. Brooklyn Blackout Company operates from the Brooklyn Navy Yard, the very site those WWII blackout drills were meant to protect, reviving a tradition Ebinger’s kept alive for 70 years before closing in 1972. - Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
