Five hand-tossed Brooklyn-style pies, crispy on the outside and chewy within, made to order with California tomatoes and Wisconsin mozzarella, in the flavors you choose, from Margherita and Pepperoni to Brooklyn Cob, White Spinach, White Broccoli, and classic Cheese. Brooklyn-born brothers Frank, Vinny, and Lorenzo Scavio opened Paesan’s in Albany in 1994, and the family still runs all five Capital District locations today. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Paesan’s Pizza ships Tuesday & Wednesday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Pizza ships frozen with ice packs
• Ice packs may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival immediately place in the freezer
• Pizzas may be kept frozen for up to 6 months
• Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
• Store sauce in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
• Once opened then refrigerate for 1 week.

To Serve

Pizza

• Preheat oven to 450
• Place the frozen pizza in the oven on the bottom rack
• Bake for 6-8 minutes. Add 1-2 minutes for extra crispy

Strombolis – Add On

• Allow strombolis to thaw in the refrigerator overnight.
• Preheat oven to 400°F.
• Wrap strombolis in foil and bake for approx. 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melting on the inside.
• Serve and enjoy!
