Founded by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories is a tiny shop that’s big on taste in New York City’s Lower East Side. The cafe’s name is a nod to the region within Hong Kong. New Territories transports patrons to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with sweet, handmade small batch ice cream.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• New Territories ships Tuesday & Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Kit ships frozen with dry ice
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
• Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator or freezer
• May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 21 days

To Serve

• Thaw the bubble waffle in the refridgerator
• Remove the bubble waffle from packaging
• Preheat the oven to 350F
• Reheat the waffle for 5 minutes or until crispy
• Build your Ice Cream cone with the provided ice cream and toppings
• Enjoy!
