New Territories ships its legendary bubble waffles nationwide on Goldbelly! Bubble Waffles, aka Egg Waffles, are a popular Hong Kong street snack, known for their slightly sweetened eggy batter and semi-spherical shape. They’re cooked on a special griddle to give them a crispy exterior and cakey core. Take your pick from all the flavors, top them with everything from the included condensed milk and peanuts to Nutella and rainbow sprinkles, and dig in!
Founded in a tiny shop on New York City’s Lower East Side by Peter Mei in 2016, New Territories, a nod to the region within Hong Kong, transports you to Hong Kong, where sweet, eggy bubble waffles that are crisp on the outside and cakey on the inside are a popular street snack. New Territories tops their Hong Kong cakes with incredibly delicious small batch ice cream.

- New Territories ships Tuesday & Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kit ships frozen with dry ice
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands
- Upon arrival remove packaging and place immediately in the refrigerator or freezer
- May be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for up to 21 days
To Serve
- Thaw the bubble waffle in the refridgerator
- Remove the bubble waffle from packaging
- Preheat the oven to 350F
- Reheat the waffle for 5 minutes or until crispy
