The full 32-pound wheel of Cabot Clothbound Cheddar: made by Cabot Creamery and matured at the Cellars at Jasper Hill in Greensboro, Vermont – the collaboration that won American Cheese Society Best in Show in 2006. English-style bandaged rind, complex natural-rind structure, crumbly texture, and a deep caramelized flavor. The wheel for the restaurant kitchen or the cheesemonger’s counter.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
- Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages.
