Cabot Clothbound Cheddar from Jasper Hill Farm: the collaboration between Cabot Creamery and the Kehler brothers’ Cellars at Jasper Hill that won American Cheese Society Best in Show in 2006 and put Greensboro, Vermont on the national cheese map. Pasteurized cow’s milk, bandaged rind, aged in the underground Cellars – crumbly texture, nutty aroma, caramelized finish. A new American classic.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Wednesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
- Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages.
