Also included is Browne’s Royal Cut Smoked Salmon. The salmon in this product is sourced from the famous North Atlantic Wester Ross Salmon, which are exquisitely farmed in Northern Scotland for bright, high quality fillets. They receive the salmon fresh, then cut the fish to utilize its very best portion: the buttery top loin. Once cut, the salmon is brined and cold smoked right in their Portland, Maine boutique smoker. The final product presents a tender and top tier smoked salmon.
