Buckeye Brownies’ Chocolate Chip Cookie Cake: thick, deep-dish, and loaded with gooey chocolate chips – the cookie cake format from the Akron, Ohio bakery Zachary and Ashley Buckeye founded in 2020, built on the same from-scratch, no-shortcuts philosophy that defines every product in the lineup. The cookie cake for the table that wants something between a brownie and a cookie, baked large.

- Each cookie cake weighs approx. 2 lbs.
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Buckeye Brownies ships Monday-Friday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cookie cake arrives ready to enjoy.
- Upon arrival, refrigerate immediately.
- If cake arrives a little melted, do not worry – refrigerate upon arrival and it will be good to go.
- Best enjoyed within 10 days. Keep refrigerated.
- Items can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
To Serve
- Enjoy at room temperature straight from the fridge, or warm them up for a fresh-from-the-oven experience.
Microwave
- Heat in 10-second increments until desired temperature is reached.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 5 minutes.
