Description
USDA Prime brisket, wet-aged 45 days and smoked 18 hours over oak and hickory, then chopped and marinated in the original BBQ sauce, three pounds of it ready to pile onto a roll. It makes the kind of chopped-beef sandwich Texans grow up on. The Hutchins family started smoking barbecue at their Dallas-area home in 1978, and second-generation owners Tim and Tracy now run McKinney and Frisco locations on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 for over a decade. Perfect for a casual cookout or sandwich night.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Hutchins BBQ ships Tuesday – Thursday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Chopped brisket ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- If you plan to enjoy within 5 days, refrigerate immediately.
- If you plan to enjoy at a later date, freeze and use within 3 months.
To Serve
- Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Place chopped brisket in a foil pan with a sheet of foil on top.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove foil & enjoy!
