Seven oversized cinnamon rolls baked into a tin and blanketed in cream cheese icing, ready to warm and pull apart. They’re soft, gooey, and built for a slow weekend morning. Edgar’s Bakery has baked them in Birmingham since Terry and Dottie Smith opened the shop in 1998 – a breakfast favorite from the bakery Alabama keeps calling its best.
