It’s everything that’s made Lido a Long Island institution, sized for two to four. The recipes trace back over 90 years to Grandpa Hugo’s kosher meat factory in the Bronx, carried on today by the fourth generation of the Goetz family. A complete deli dinner, no New York trip required.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Lido Kosher Deli ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• This package ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit
• Upon arrival, place meats, soups, knishes, pickles, mustard, and Russian dressing in the refrigerator, and keep rye bread at room temperature.
• Meats, soups, knishes, pickles, mustard, and Russian dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days
• Meats, soups, knishes, and rye bread will last frozen up to one month

To Serve
Warm the Meat

• Preheat the oven to 300 degrees
• Place a thin layer of aluminum foil over meat in an oven safe dish for 8-10 minutes, or until warm.
  Alternatively, meat can be heated in the microwave for 30 seconds using a microwave-safe plate or dish.

Warm the Knishes

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
• Remove from packaging and place knishes on a baking sheet
• Heat for 10-15 minutes, or until warm throughout, and golden brown.
  Knishes can also be heated in a microwave for 3-4 minutes on high.

Heat the Matzah Ball Soup
Microwave:

• Place thawed soup in a microwave-safe bowl
• Heat in the microwave on high for 3-4 minutes.

Stovetop:

• Pour contents into a medium saucepan
• Heat until warm throughout, taking care not to boil
