• Strawberry Hill Baking Co ships Monday through Friday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Cheescakes ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store cheesecakes in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Cheesecakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
• Saving for a later day, when storing in the freezer ensure it’s tightly wrapped or stored in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.

• If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator overnight for the best texture. Avoid thawing it at room temperature, as this can lead to uneven thawing and compromise the taste and texture.
