• Each butter croissant measures approx. 4″ × 2″ and weighs approx 3 oz.
• Each chocolate croissant measures approx. 3″ × 3″ and weighs approx 2.88 oz.
• Each raisin croissant measures approx. 4″ and weighs approx 3.5 oz.
• Croissants arrive frozen and unbaked

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Martha Stewart ships Monday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Croissants ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do Not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, place croissants immediately in the freezer (refrigeration not recommended).
• May be stored in the freezer for up to 150 days.

To Serve

• Preheat oven to 350°F with rack in the middle of the oven.
• While oven preheats, place frozen croissants on a parchment-lined baking sheet 2-inches apart. Let thaw for 10 minutes. (Baking from a frozen solid state is not recommended.)
• Place the baking sheet on the middle rack and bake until golden brown on the outside, rotating sheet halfway through for even browning.
  • All-Butter: approx. 30-32 minutes.
  • Chocolate: approx. 25-27 minutes.
  • Raisin Swirl: approx. 32-35 minutes.
• Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
• Serve and enjoy!
