Description
Cumberland sausage is an English tradition – pork seasoned with black and white pepper, sold in a long, continuous coil rather than twisted links – and Ackroyd’s handmade version in Redford, Michigan is one of the few places in America to find it done properly. From the third-generation institution Al and Silas Ackroyd founded in 1949 as a Detroit Scottish butcher shop, where hand-ground British meats have been the foundation for 75 years. Sold as a continuous piece of 6-8 links.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Ackroy’s Scottish Bakery ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
Sausage
- Items ship frozen with dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry with bare hands.
- Upon arrival, store items in the freezer for up to 12 months or in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- For best results, items should be thawed overnight in the refrigerator before baking.
HP Sauce
- Sauce arrives ready to enjoy!
- Refrigerate sauce after opening and consume within 8 weeks.
- Note: Best By date on the bottle is European (DD/MMM/YY).
To Serve
From Refrigerator
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
- Remove, serve & enjoy!
From Frozen
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cover items in foil and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 165°F degrees.
