“Dino” Beef Rib Rack – 3.5-4.5 lbs.

A three-bone rack of beef ribs slow-smoked until super juicy and fork-tender, each rib a giant pound and a half of dinosaur-sized Texas glory. This is the showstopper that stops a barbecue in its tracks. The Hutchins family started smoking barbecue at their Dallas-area home in 1978, and second-generation owners Tim and Tracy now run McKinney and Frisco locations on Texas Monthly’s Top 50 for over a decade. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Hutchins BBQ ships Tuesday – Thursday of each week

• Turkey ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• If you plan to enjoy within 5 days, refrigerate immediately.
• If you plan to enjoy at a later date, freeze and use within 3 months.

To Serve

Beef Rib Rack

• Thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
• Preheat the oven to 300°F.
• Make a “foil boat” with the beef ribs inside.
• Pour 4 oz. (1 stick) of melted butter over the bark side of the beef ribs, then flip and place the bark side down in the “foil boat”.
• Close “foil boat” and use a new sheet of foil to cover the top and completely close it.
• Cook for 1 to 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
• Rest for 5-10 minutes.
• Slice & enjoy!
