Chef Nick Liberato has been a personal chef to the stars, a top-tier LA caterer, and co-creator of Netflix’s “Restaurants on the Edge.” And after being introduced to entrepreneur Mike Dalewitz – whose family had run resorts in the Catskills’ famed Borscht Belt – in 2020, the duo decided to write a love letter to the classic Jewish deli by opening Borscht Belt Delicatessen. At Borscht Belt, they’re making all of their classic Jewish deli meats in-house, the old fashioned way and turning them into some truly spectacular sandwiches, served on fresh-baked rye bread.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- The Borscht Belt Delicatessen ships Tuesday and Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys.
- Egg Cream Kit arrives ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, place seltzer in the refrigerator.
- Store u-bets syrup in the refrigerator after opening for up to 6 months.
- Always use cold, fresh milk and seltzers for optimal experience.
To Serve
- Fill the borscht belt egg cream glass to the syrup line with Fox’s u-bet syrup.
- Pour fresh cold milk of your choice to the milk line.
- Get a stirring spoon.
- Pour cold seltzer over spoon to seltzer line.
- Stir swiftly until a thick froth appears.
- Enjoy & repeat.
