New Skete Monastery’s Festive Spirit Sampler cheesecake is a perfect choice year round to remind you of how beautiful winter and the holidays can be. Each sampler includes 4 slices each of flavors: Kahlua, Eggnog, Irish Cream, and Chocolate Amaretto.
This small monastery in upstate New York is producing what many believe to be the finest cheesecakes in the country all made by hand by the sisters. In between daily prayers, the nuns make a limited number of cheesecakes each day, just as they’ve done for nearly four decades. They’ve been featured on the Rachael Ray Show as well as The New York Times.

- Cheesecake is shipped frozen on ice packs and will arrive frozen or slightly thawed.
- Thaw in refrigerator 2-4 hours, or on countertop for 1-2 hours.
- Cheesecakes can be frozen for up to 6 months and can be refrozen without harming quality.
