Description
Gambino’s has been baking the New Orleans king cake since Joe Gambino opened his bakery in 1949 – the oval brioche ring decorated in the Mardi Gras colors of purple (justice), green (faith), and gold (power), with a plastic baby hidden inside. This version is filled with cream cheese: tangy, rich, and folded into the sweet cinnamon dough before the fondant icing and colored sugars go on. The king cake that David Letterman and Oprah Winfrey have both ordered for decades.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- This package arrives fresh and ready to enjoy!
- Upon arrival, store king cake in the refrigerator or freezer.
- King cake may be stored for up to 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
- King cake may be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer.
- If frozen, take it out at least 3 hours before serving to ensure it has enough time to thaw.
