Out of Jane, Amanda Michael’s scratch-baking bakery and San Francisco institution, comes a gluten-free bread program built to actually taste like bread – dense, seeded, and offered in three loaves of your choosing. Options include the buckwheat-based Sourdough that’s great for sandwiches, the slightly sweet Quinoa that shines toasted, the nut- and seed-packed Nutty Bird, and the Rye-Ish, a savory loaf inspired by Danish rye. It’s the same seed-to-sandwich philosophy that put Jane on the map, now milled and baked gluten-free. The kind of loaf worth slicing, freezing, and toasting one slice at a time.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Jane ships Monday through Wednesday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Loaves ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or in the freezer for up to 4 months.
• Slice loaves and wrap well before freezing.

To Serve

• From Frozen
  • Thaw loaves at room temperature for several hours or overnight. Individual slices will thaw faster and may be ready for toasting or eating within 2 hours.
• To Warm
  • Toast on medium heat for approximately 3-5 minutes, depending on how toasty you like your toast.
