This package serves 6-8 people and includes
- 2 Racks of Pork Ribs
- Each rack measures approx. 15″, split in half for shipping 7.5’ and weighs approx. 2.5lbs.
- Gochunjang Sauce (12 oz.)
- Sesame Seeds (1 oz.)
INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Eaker Barbecue ships Sunday, Monday and Saturday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival, store contents in the refrigerator for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
- Once thawed, enjoy within 7-10 days.
To Serve
- For best results, thaw frozen items overnight under refrigeration.
- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Remove from packaging and place meat in a pan with 3-4 oz. of water and seal the top with foil.
- Heat for 45-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Carefully remove from oven.
- Warm up sauce and coat the ribs
- Add sesame seeds and diced green onion or chives to finish.
