To make Griffin, Sweet Grass Dairy soaks an entire keg of Terminus Porter from Gate City Brewing into the curds of its Thomasville Tomme recipe, then names the wheel for Jeremy and Jessica Little’s third son. INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Sweet Grass Dairy Shop ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Cheese ships refrigerated with ice packs, which may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, transfer all cheeses to the refrigerator immediately.
- Griffin can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 30 days.
To Serve
- Remove cheese from the refrigerator 30-45 minutes before serving to allow it to come to room temperature for best flavor.
- Slice on a cheese board, melt into a burger or onion soup, or pair with charcuterie and a dark beer.
