Description
Harbison from Jasper Hill Farm: pasteurized cow’s milk wrapped in spruce bark, bloomy rind, spreadable – best served by slicing off the top and spooning directly from the rind. Brothers Andy and Mateo Kehler make this at their Greensboro, Vermont creamery as part of their affineur program, using milk from neighboring Northeast Kingdom farms. Rich, woodsy, creamy, deeply Vermont.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Jasper Hill Farm ships Wendesday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Boxes ships with ice packs, may thaw in transit. Cheese may arrive at room temperature.
- Keep unopened small wheels in original wrapper. Store cut wedges or open wheels in airtight container. Enjoy-by dates are marked on individual packages (approx 14 days from receipt).
