The fan-favorite arrives frozen in a tray of 15 and the process is as simple as its name – just brush on a little butter, heat them up and eat! Enjoy them with your favorite Loveless Cafe preserves, Country Ham & Applewood Smoked Bacon to complete the experience.

The Loveless Cafe has become a Southern landmark thanks to its quaint country charm and good lookin’ cookin’ ever since Lon and Annie Loveless opened its doors in 1951. As a beacon of Tennessee tradition, the Nashville cafe still uses co-founder Annie Loveless’ biscuit recipe that remains unchanged to this day. Sharing a scratch-made meal full of country ham, red eye gravy and Southern fried chicken at the Loveless Cafe is akin to sharing a meal at the Loveless home – without the fight for the last biscuit. Martha Stewart called Loveless’ breakfast the “best breakfast I’ve ever had.”

Each package serves 8 people and includes:

• 1 Pan Biscuits (15 frozen, ready-to-bake biscuits per pan)
• 1 Pack of Biscuit Cut Country Ham
• 1 Pack Applewood Smoked Bacon (14 oz.)
• 1 Jar Peach Preserves (8 oz.)
• 1 Jar Blackberry Preserves (8 oz.)
• 1 Jar Strawberry Preserves (8 oz.)
• Each biscuit is approximately 2.5″

*Applewood Bacon may be subbed for Maplewood Smoked Bacon depending on availability

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Loveless Cafe ships Monday-Thursday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Package ships frozen with dry ice
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Store biscuits in the freezer until cooking or thaw for up to 24 hours in the fridge prior to baking.
• Store Preserves, Moonshine Mixers, Seasoning & Spiced Pecans in a cool, dry place until opening. After opening Preserves and Moonshine Mixers, store in the refrigerator.
• Bacon, Ham, and Sausage are approved out of refrigeration for up to 7 days. Meat may arrive warm to the touch. Store in the freezer and thaw before cooking or in the refrigerator.
• Once the bacon & ham packages are opened, bacon & ham should be kept refrigerated and enjoyed in 1 week.

Biscuit Baking Instructions

Before Baking:

• Make sure to generously brush biscuits with melted butter before placing in the oven.
• If baking from thawed, open vacuum-sealed packaging and leave on counter unwrapped for an hour or in fridge loosely wrapped for 24 hours.

Conventional Oven (Recommended):

• From frozen, preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 24-28 minutes, turning pan halfway through cooking time.
• From thawed, preheat oven to 425°F and bake for 20 minutes, turning pan halfway through cooking time.

Toaster Oven:

• From frozen, preheat oven to 475°F and bake for 16 minutes, turning pan halfway through cooking time.
• From thawed, preheat oven to 450°F and bake for 16 minutes, turning pan halfway through cooking time.

Generously brush biscuits with melted butter again before serving.

Pans greased with Unsalted Butter (pasteurized cream, natural flavorings))
