Mike Rozins founded The Bagel Emporium in 1983 on a mission to serve the absolute best bagels in Westchester County, located just north of New York City. More than 40 years, six locations, and 12 awards for the Best Bagel in Westchester by Westchester Magazine later, it’s safe to say that he achieved his goal. Mike’s son Ryan runs the family business today, and he’s still making bagels in the classic, old-fashioned, New York style: the dough-making process takes more than 24 hours, and they’re hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, baked, and served warm at each location, which get lines out the door on a daily basis.

• Bagel Emporium ships Monday-Friday of each week.
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Bagels arrive ready to enjoy!
• Cream cheese + salads ship with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Serve bagels immediately or cut in halves and store them in the freezer for up to 6 months
• Store cream cheese in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
• Store chicken or fish salad in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
• Store Lox in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
• Rugelach, Cookies, and Babka may be kept on the counter for up to 3 days, stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

Bagels – From Thawed

• Preheat oven to 350º F.
• Place halved bagels on a baking sheet for 4-5 minutes.
• Allow to cool for 1 minute.
• Add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
