This kit includes everything you need to recreate LUNCH’s iconic hot lobster rolls in the comfort of your own home: fresh North Atlantic lobster meat, split-top buns, butter, and special seasoning.

Lobster rolls are synonymous with summer sun, and in The Hamptons, LUNCH Lobster Roll is synonymous with lobster rolls! Founded as a tiny roadside clam shack in 1965 by Frederick H. Terry and his dad, Richard C. Terry, the restaurant was the first to introduce the now-ubiquitous lobster roll to Long Island and the New York City Area. Over the years, The Lobster Roll and its neon sign (which proudly proclaims “LUNCH”) became Amagansett landmarks, and regulars began affectionately referring to it as simply Lunch. All these decades later, LUNCH Lobster Roll remains The Hamptons’ quintessential summertime seafood shack.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• LUNCH Lobster Roll ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Meal kit ships frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store kit in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

To Serve

Preparation

• Set half of butter aside. Soften the remaining butter to room temperature.

Rolls

• Preheat a large pan or griddle on medium heat.
• Spread softened butter evenly on both sides of split top rolls (approx. 1 tbsp. per roll).
• Toast rolls until golden brown on both sides.

Lobster

• Preheat a medium sized pan on low to medium heat.
• Add the remaining butter and stir with a wooden spoon until melted.
• Add lobster meat to the pan, mixing constantly until meat is heated. Do not overcook.
• Sprinkle the lobster meat with Special Seasoning to taste.

Assembly

• Divide lobster salad evenly into the 4 toasted rolls.
• Squeeze a lemon wedge onto each lobster roll.
• Serve and enjoy!
