INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Heim Barbecue ships Tuesday-Thursday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw during transit.
• Upon arrival, store items in the refrigerator or in the freezer.
• Items may be stored for up to 2-3 days in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.
• Once opened, sauce may be stored for up to 6 months in the refrigerator.

To Serve

Sausage – Sous Vide / Boil-in-Bag

• Place the sealed bag, sealed end up, in gently boiling water for 15-20 minutes or until 155 degrees.
• Serve and enjoy!

Sausage – Oven

• Preheat the oven to 350°F.
• Remove from the bag and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.
• Heat for 15-20 minutes or until 155 degrees.
• Serve and enjoy!
