INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Joe’s Stone Crab ships Monday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Hawaii shipping is limited based on carrier transit times. Please call 1-800-780-2722 to check availability to your location
• Overnight shipment for Saturday delivery will incur an additional charge of $20
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Items ship with ice and dry ice, may dissipate in transit.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Depending on the time of year, items will ship fresh or defrosted.
• Upon arrival, store sauce and sides in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
• Upon arrival, store pie in the freezer for up to 3 weeks.
• Un-cracked Claws can be kept for up to 48 hours.

To Serve

Key Lime Pie

• Remove pie from freezer approx. 20 minutes before serving and allow pie to thaw.
• Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Cole Slaw

• Mix mayonnaise, relish, and tomatoes into cabbage.
• Use mayonnaise and relish to taste.

Stone Crab Bisque

• Heat on stovetop on medium heat until slight boiling or heat in microwave on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy!

Creamed Spinach

• Heat on stovetop on medium heat until slight boiling or heat in microwave on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
• Serve and enjoy!
