I Trulli’s iconic traditional meat sauce lasagna tastes just like it was made by an Italian nonna – because it was! Choose between the regular version, made with classic pasta sheets layered with Dora’s rich meat sauce, tomato, and creamy béchamel, or the gluten-free version, crafted with gluten-free pasta sheets and a gluten-free béchamel for the same comforting flavor!
Addolorata Marzovilla, also known as “Nonna Dora,” has been making pasta by hand for more than 70 years. She emigrated to the United States from the Italian region of Puglia in the 1970s when she was 34, and her son Nicola opened an Italian restaurant in New York City, called I Trulli, in 1994. Nonna Dora offered up her pasta-making skills and “left the needlework for noodles,” as she put it, and could always be found at the restaurant making Puglia-style pasta the old-fashioned way, earning herself the nickname “The Pasta Machine.” Dora now has her own restaurant in New York City, Nonna Dora’s Pasta Bar. These iconic pasta dishes taste just like they were made by an Italian nonna – because they were!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Il Trulli ships Monday – Friday of each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!
- Kits ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
- Upon arrival, place in the refrigerator or freezer.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- Defrost lasagna in the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove from bag & bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
OR - Remove from bag & microwave for five minutes, or until fully heated through.
