This specialty treat comes from a legendary New Orleans institution founded in 1959 and is currently crafted by a third-generation family of bakers, including the only internationally certified Master Baker in Louisiana.

• Haydel’s Bakery ships Tuesday-Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Doberge cakes ship frozen with dry ice.
• Dry ice may dissipate in transit, product may thaw.
• Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
• Upon arrival, store cake at room temperature or in the refrigerator or freezer.
• Cake can last at room temperature & in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months.

To Serve

• If frozen, thaw at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
