Description
A symphony of citrus from the Dessert Gallery, Houston’s beloved sweet shop where Sara Brook has been turning out handmade cakes since 1995. The Luscious Lemon Cake stacks thin white cake layers brushed with lemon syrup, layered with homemade lemon curd, and iced in tangy lemon buttercream finished in an ombré-yellow design. Every bite bursts with fresh, vibrant lemon – the kind of cake Sara stands behind with her own rule: if she wouldn’t serve it in her own home, she won’t serve it at Dessert Gallery.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Dessert Gallery ships Monday through Thursday each week
- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight
- Cake ships frozen with dry ice.
- Dry ice may dissipate in transit.
- Do not remove dry ice with bare hands.
- Cake may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
To Serve
- If frozen, thaw overnight in refrigerator.
- Serve at room temperature.
