La Newyorkina’s uniquely delicious ice cream is made from scratch and churned by hand. This Mexican Sundae Pack lets you pick from a range of traditional Mexican flavors, including Oaxacan Chocolate, Mexican Vanilla, Coconut Chip, Horchata, Mexican Coffee with salted Cajeta, Tres Leches, Strawberry, or Maria Cookies. Top your sundae with a variety of Mexican toppings to finish!

Founded by Fany Gerson in 2010 in Brooklyn, New York, La Newyorkina celebrates Mexican sweets. Gerson was inspired after a trip to her native Mexico, where she rediscovered Mexican desserts. After the trip, she began making paletas (Mexican popsicles) in small batches with the best possible ingredients from both New York and Mexico, Today, La Newyorkina makes a wide range of sweet Mexican treats, including cheesecakes, ice cream, and traditional panadería-style baked goods.

• Mexican Chocolate – For the chocolate lovers, this ice cream is made with delicious chocolate from Oaxaca and chunks of Mexican chocolate and a touch of cinnamon.
• Mexican Vanilla – Classic flavor made with vanilla beans from Papantla, Mexico.
• Horchata – One of our favorite beverages from Mexico turned into ice cream!!! This flavor is made with toasted rice, almonds, and cinnamon.
• Mexican Coffee with Salted Cajeta – Deep coffee ice cream with salted goat’s milk caramel, great for coffee lovers!
• Tres Leches – Creamy ice cream inspired by traditional Mexican milk cake!
• Roasted Strawberries & Cream – A rich infusion of roasted sugary strawberries
• Maria Cookies – Infused Maria cookie creamy vanilla base with chunks of cookies. Maria cookies are one of the most popular graham-style cookies in Mexico!
• Coconut Sorbet – Creamy and fresh coconut sorbet that will transport you to your favorite tropical memory!

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• La Newyorkina ships Monday – Friday of each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Ice Cream ships frozen with dry ice.
• Upon arrival, place Ice Cream into the freezer immediately.
• Ice Cream may be stored in the freezer for up to 9 months.
• Brownies, hot fudge & cajeta caramel may be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.
• Coconut, puffed amaranth & sprinkles may be stored at room temperature for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container.

Hot Fudge & Cajeta Caramel

• Reheated in the microwave for 30 seconds or until warmed through and smooth.
