INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• 27TH Street Bakery Shop, INC ships Monday, Tuesday and Saturday each week
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii via 2-day will incur an additional $20 charge or $35 for Overnight

• Pies ship fresh with ice packs.
• Upon arrival, store at room temperature for up to 5 days, in the refrigerator for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
• Store leftovers in the refrigerator.

To Serve

• Pies will cut more easily if chilled in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours before serving.
• From frozen, allow pie to thaw 2 to 3 hours.
• Tip: serve by warm by heating in microwave for 30 seconds (remove from aluminum pan-place in microwavable dish). Or warm in oven for 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
