INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE

• Russ & Daughters ships Monday-Friday of each week
• No deliveries Sunday or Monday
• Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes
• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will incur an additional $35 charge for Overnight Shipping. Sorry guys!

• Gift package ships fresh with ice packs, may thaw in transit.
• Upon arrival, store bagels in their plastic bag at room temperature for up to 2 days or place in the freezer to store longer.
• Store salmon in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Though ideally consumed fresh, smoked salmon can be frozen if tightly wrapped upon arrival.
• Consume cream cheese within 7 days for best freshness. Freezing is not recommended.
• Chocolate babka arrives ready to enjoy!
• Store babka at room temperature and consume within 5 days.

To Serve
Bagels

• Preheat oven to 350°F and put bagels on a sheet pan.
• For room-temperature bagels, bake for 6 minutes. If frozen, bake for 10 minutes.
• Slice, schmear, and top with smoked salmon.
• Enjoy!
